How do I get this party started? Just click here! Do you have a minimum rental period?
There maybe a minimum rental period during peak times. How do I know if the place I am staying allows rental golf carts? Please ask the vacation property manager. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, WaterColor, WaterSound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach (among others) do not allow street legal golf cart rentals. Please verify with your vacation property manager that they permit street legal golf cart rentals. How far in advance can we book a cart? You may book up to one year out. What are the features of Geaux Time Carts? They include: lithium batteries, seatbelts for all riders, fully collapsible windshield, led headlights and tail lights, WetSound Audio with Bluetooth, and USB Ports. Some include 9 inch color touch screen monitor with speedometer, back up camera, and LED lit speakers. How often should I charge my cart? Please charge it overnight with the extension cord stored under the front seat and it should be good to go for the next day. We recommend you turn off the lights when not in use. Please charge the cart on the last night of your rental so it will be ready for the next family. Failure to do so will incur a $100.00 charge. Where is the key? Each cart has a lock box with the key inside. We will text you the code upon delivery. Please return the key to the lockbox on the last day of your rental. If the key is not included, there is a $75.00 charge. What if I lose the key? If this happens, shoot us a text and we can bring another to you. There is a $75.00 charge for lost keys. Where can I drive my cart? Our street legal golf carts can be driven on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less. You may not drive the cart on HWY 98, sidewalks, or on the beach. No driving in the sand as this will damage the motors. Are car seats required? Car seats are required for all riders aged 3 and under by Florida law. Booster seats are encouraged for child riders 4 and over but are not required. All carts include seatbelts and are required to be worn while the cart is in use according to Florida law. What day should I start and end my rental? We recommend starting your rental on check in day and ending on your check out. Your cart will be delivered and picked up on those same days. We deliver 7 days a week and strive to make all deliveries by 4pm. We will text a picture of your cart once delivered along with the code for the lockbox. Is there a delivery charge? Delivery and pick up are FREE! Do you only rent golf carts? We are continuing to expand our inventory and would love to be a one-stop-shop for you. If you have a request for an item, please call or email us and we will do our best to track it down. If for any reason we are unable to get the item, we will refer you to somebody who can. What if I cancel my cart? Orders cancelled more than 10 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. Payment for all golf cart orders are finalized upon booking in US dollars. There are no refunds once the cart has been delivered. Do you require a damage deposit? No, if the cart is returned with damage, we will discuss with you before taking any action. What about weather issues? We cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all items. “Orders cancelled more than 10 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund less 10% processing fee. If we need to recall your cart due to a hurricane or other unexpected weather event, we will extend a prorated refund for used days. What if we want to keep the cart an extra day or two? Please call us if you decide you would like to keep it longer than expected. It could be reserved for another family – but if not, we would be happy to let you rent for a few extra days. What are your payment terms? We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
